1. NL Studio Batch Shipping
Products are stocked, packed and shipped from our studio in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs
• Netherlands: free shipping on all orders
• Other countries: shipping shown at checkout. Free EU shipping from €75.
Fulfilment & Shipping
• Dispatch time: orders ship within 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
• Estimated delivery:
• Netherlands / Belgium: 1–3 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days
• Outside EU: approx. 7–14 business days
Tracking
All orders shipped from the Netherlands include tracking via PostNL.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Import Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, local import duties and taxes may apply.
The customer will receive a bill directly from their country’s customs office.
These costs are the customer’s responsibility (as noted at checkout).

United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia.
