Order
Yes. We currently only ship inside the EU. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Netherlands (Studio Batch orders): 1-3 Business days. Otherwise the same as Europe
Europe: 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes. You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
Send us an email at info@artoise.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To keep your Artoise items in top condition: • Wash at 30/40 °C • Avoid tumble drying • Iron on low heat if needed
